Our guest for the hour is Steve Latshaw. He’s a film historian and works to restore films. He’s also part of the 2024 Lone Pine Film Festival, which starts 10/13. Steve is also a screenwriter, producer and director of a number of films–mostly B sci-fi films but a couple of westerns thrown in there.

Author and filmmaker Sam K. Dolan joins us. He’s got three books out about the Old West. His latest covers the history of the U.S. Border Patrol in the 1920s. Another discusses El Paso and how important of a town it was in the Old West. His first book explains the untamed West and the lawlessness.
